2018July 9，国家认证认可监督管理委员会对深圳中大国际认证有限公司（法定代表人：唐羽）出具虚假认证结论的违法案件作出行政处罚决定，In accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 62 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation，决定给予深圳中大国际认证有限公司撤销认证机构批准书的行政处罚。

因存在出具虚假认证结论的行为，Shenzhen Zhongda International Certification Co., Ltd. issued the quality management system certification certificate (certificate number) for Chongqing Lanxuan Cleaning Service Co., Ltd：ZD-2017Q5210）、Environmental Management System Certification Certificate (Certificate No：ZD-2017E5074）、Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification Certificate (Certificate No：ZD-2017S5042).；Quality management system certification issued for Nanchong Fucheng Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. (certificate number：ZD-2017Q5213）、Environmental Management System Certification Certificate (Certificate No：ZD-2017E5077）、Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification Certificate (Certificate No：ZD-2017S5045).。
